Help using this site
Shopping with The Jolly Gourmand couldn't be any easier. You will find everything you need in the menu on the left, titled 'Shop by category'. Alternatively you can click on the 'All Products' tab at the top of the screen for a quick look at the full range. When you have decided on your choice you can view your 'Shopping Basket' at the top right part of the screen.

I've Forgotten My Password!
If you have forgotten your password, click on I've Forgotten My Password! and we will email you with a new one.

How to Purchase
When you find a product you would like to purchase, please type in the quantity you would like and then click on the 'add to cart' button. This will automatically add the product to your shopping basket on the right of the page (no going to your basket page and then clicking the back button to the original page you where on !!!). All products have pictures of their packaging and more details if you click on the product name or image.

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket click on 'Pay My Bill' and you will be asked for your delivery and billing address.

Delivery & Currency
All the products on the site are in pounds sterling and include VAT if applicable. To find out more on delivery please view the Shipping and Returns page.
