Melt in the mouth tender, ethical Cumbrian Rose veal with wild mushrooms, onions, cream and brandy make this superior stroganoff. A smooth and unique dish best served with white rice and garnished with fresh parsley.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. No need for refrigeration. If pack is leaking or damaged do not use.

This meal is already cooked and only needs re-heating. Eat them cold, strap them to your car engine or even throw them in your bath if you want, but, if your at home we suggest using the microwave!

Hob:
Empty the contents into a saucepan. Warm over a medium heat and heat thoroughly until piping hot, stirring regularly.

Microwave (based on a 850W Microwave): 
Give the pouch a good shake for about 5 - 10 seconds. Make a small tear on either side at the top of the pouch or if it is too tall for your microwave, don't worry just remove the whole top. Then microwave on full power for about 2 minutes or until contents is piping hot, stirring the contents halfway through (remove top if not already done so) and leave to stand for 1 minute.

Boil in the Bag:
Give the pouch a good shake for about 5 - 10 seconds. Then place the entire pouch in a pan of boiling water and simmer for roughly 10 minutes or until the contents is piping hot.
