A spicy chorizo made in the traditional way in Asturias, northern Spain, by an artisan family-run company, using only the best natural ingredients and encased in a natural skin. The chorizo is fully cured by smoking over oak-fires and is therefore ready to eat, but its texture is designed to be perfect when sliced and cooked as a tapas dish, or in casseroles like the famous Fabada Asturiana.
