Spanish black pudding made in the traditional way in Asturias, northern Spain, by an artisan family-run company, using only the best natural ingredients and encased in a natural skin. The morcilla is cured by smoking over oak-fires and is traditionally used in casseroles like the famous Fabada Asturiana, as well as in rice and vegetable dishes or at breakfast-time. Imported exclusively by Delicioso.
